5. Requesting your First Proof

Overview

Now you'll create a verification request by generating a QR code. The credential holder can scan it and decide whether to share the requested information.

Prerequisites

• Complete Creating your First Identifier
• Complete Creating your First Credential Schema
• Complete Issuing your First Credential, including the wallet app with the issued credential
• Complete Creating your First Proof Schema

Steps

1. Navigate to Verifier

• Click Verifier in the left sidebar
• Click Request proof

2. Request proof

• Select Building Access Check for the proof schema
• Select OpenID4VP final 1.0 for the protocol
• Select My DID for verifier
• Click Submit

→ A verification QR code appears

3. Submit the proof

• Using your wallet app, scan the QR code → Submit the proof
